Summer Soup

June 29. Officially summer. 60 degrees and raining. So what’s a gal going to do but make soup 🥣 ?

I am cleaning out my freezer so made beef stock yesterday from rib bones from NYE Scottish 🥩 @butcheryatbowhouse. Took that stock, added some @hodmedods grains and peas, threw in some chopped up dill and parsley, as well as a leftover herby grilled salt marsh lambchop from Wales’ @rhugestate, and then, at the last minute, I added a few fermented @iowtomatoes tomatoes from @oliahercules ‘ zoom cooking class.

The best of Britain, in a bowl 🙌 🇬🇧 🙌Now if we could only do something about this weather…
