Day 9: September 2023
Final quarter of 2023 starts with this pear, rosemary, walnut and sea salt focaccia: the best thing I—ahem, excuse me, THEO AND I— made in September of this year.
The dough recipe is from my lovely @_lacebakes_ of course, but the finished item is, as my MIL would put it, an “Anna concoction.”
