Day 6: June 2023

And so we come to the halfway point of this year’s #12daysofdeliciousness : June 2023.

I took what I learned from the previous month’s mole-making and applied it fesenjan, a dish that makes people fall in love with Iranian food, but whose charms always eluded (and frankly confused) me…until I made my version for yet another @cookforiran supper club.

Winner winner chicken fesenjan dinner. 🐓
